About the event
Dr. Shallyn presents on the truths about exercise -- too much, too little, right/wrong type for you -- to help guide your physical training goals for 2023. Dr. Shallyn has been a PT for over 20 years, is a former sprint triathlete, equestrian, and current all around recreational activity/healthy fitness connosieur. She is currently finishing up her certification in Food as thy Medicine and continues to work toward her PhD in herbal medicine.
